Recently I was charged with possesion of stolen property and trafficing stolen property,my public defender tried to push a plea bargain on me. I refused and ask for a trial,her next reply to me was that I would lose?My question is that shouldnt she be in my defense that is for her clientme?therefore do i have the right to ask for differant representation?or is itto late cuz my trial managementcourt is tommorrow.
