Can I sue my ex mother-in-law for Tortious interference with contract? I believe that she is responsible for the dissolution of my marriage. My ex husband has been married twice before and she was responsible for the other two divorces. She made up false stories about me and convinced my ex that they are true. In addition, she did not speak to me the last 6 months of the marriage. She acted the same with with the previous marriages.

anybody can sue anyone for anything. The odds of you winning are pretty low. If your ex husband cannot stand up to his mother and keep her out of his life then he is also to blame.
