Criminal Law Can I lose my US permanent residency for adultery?

Hi, I have been married for almost 6 years, I received my permanent resident card in 2006. I had an affair, left husband and trying to divorcing now. However husband said he wants my permanent residency taken away because of my adultery, is that possible?

No they can not.

After 6 years you are pretty much a full citizen.

This isn't quite true

OP isn't a citizen until OP applies for naturalization and goes through the whole (longwinded...) process.

OP is still a legal permanent resident though, and this won't be revoked no matter what ex-husband says or wants - even if adultery is involved.
