Was just wondering were someone could find out how much a company made last year. The company isnt paying overtime like they are supposed to do, according to the department of labor if a company makes less then $500,000 They do not have to pay overtime. So this is the reason I need to find out so I can ask them to repay my overtime. Then they cant come back and say the made less then $ 500,000.

If the company is a privately owned company you won't be able to do that unless you file a lawsuit but here is the thing - check out the link below to see if you are really entitled to overtime. There are some specifics that apply to certain classes and I hope you can get your answers from it. Hope this helps!
