Evictions in your state can take eight to twelve weeks, occasionally more. You can call the local courthouse and ask what's the AVERAGE time for an eviction?

Sooner or later, if the property owner brings an eviction action, he'll eventually be evicted.

As fast as possible and one day soon a sheriff will come to the door and put him and his belongings out on the street.

Given the details revealed in your previous post I suggest that the brother find himself another place to live while he still has some control over his life.
