My Fiance Has Low Reading Level And He Signed A Form He Thought Was Temporary Custody, But The Grandma Lied And Now She Has Full Custody Of His 4 Year Old Daughter. Since She Took Advantage Of His Being Illiterate, Can He Somehow Reverse This Happening?? Are We Too Late To Go Any Further On This Because He Wants To Get Custody, Or At Least Visitation!

Contact your state bar association and ask them to refer you to a cheap or free lawyer.

Signing a document under fraudulent conditions is illegal...unfortunately, it's also very difficult to prove. Go to legal aid and get a lawyer.
