My son who will be 15 in a couple of months has run away twice. The first time I turned him in as a runaway and he came back on his own and I canceled the warrant on him and he ran away again and went to his 23 yr. old brothers so I have not turned him in as a runaway again yet. I am moving out of state in a few days and he refuses to come home. Do I need to turn him in as a runaway again to protect myself or can I just allow him to stay with his brother legally since he refuses to come home. I told them both since he and his brother think they know what is best he can just stay there and they have to get him registered for school.
