I recently wrote a book about our dealings with a sociopathic munchausen by proxy mother. My children are afraid that I'm going to be sued. I have changed all the names, dates, facilities, locations, title names, etc. I also put a disclaimer at the beginning of the book stating that any resemblance to any persons real or imagined is merely coincidental. What are the chances of being sued by her?
