Can your employer take you off the schedule without any notification of any sort.....period of 3 days .... Then trick you into coming in to work (which was only offered once call was made to employer to find out what is going on) and fire you immediately once you go to office for a fake meeting about your job??

Employer has had top management accused same employee of selling drugs which was never true..the employer management team found a B.C. powder packet used for pain etc headache and assumes it is drugs.

Worked well over 40 hrs on a regular some of it off the clock 70% of the time . But receive no overtime. No breaks or lunch..no insurance offered at all no vacations

Employee worked at company for 2 years only received 1 review with.75cent raise
Do not offer any sort of advancement for males only females majority off owner employee s are all female caters to women ex. Asst. Manager caught stealing $400+ ..no disciplinary action taken employee still remained employed and held title another manager drimking on job...caught by owner not fired both female....another female no calls no show not fired also fighting with co worker both were not fired. Racial slurs used noone fired but yet a male worker has been harassed and worked to death then fired having worked 7days straight graveyard with little sleep....on 7th day of work male worker ended falling asleep last hour of shift and that was grounds for termination. He was fired the way i described in first paragraph

Federal law does not require employers providing meal breaks or rest breaks. Nevada state law requires both. A thirty minute meal break is required if the employee works or is scheduled to work 8 continuous hours. A ten minute break is required for every four hours worked. There is no requirement for offering health care.

It doesn't sound like you have a legitimate case for wrongful termination. Nevada is an 'at-will' state meaning the employer can fire you for any reason not protected by state or federal law. There is nothing to suggest you were fired for any protected reason. How the employer treats other employee's is not really your concern. Falling asleep on the job is going to be grounds for dismissal from most places.

Your post seems to imply that females are treated differently at the job in terms of discipline. While the appearance (based only on your post) is that females are treated differently, the road to making a sexual discrimination claim are difficult. You would need to show you were fired mainly because you were male. I don't see that happening in your case. The employer can easily justify the termination on suspicion of drug abuse.

It was a little bit hard to read your post the way it rambles on and skips around so many subjects.
Much of what you describe may seem unfair but it's not illegal. Some of it may be discriminatory, but would probably be very difficult to prove. The only real issue I see is when you say you worked off the clock and were not paid overtime. File a wage claim for the unpaid time. Otherwise it really sounds like you are better off seeking a job elsewhere.

Legal

.... Then trick you into coming in to work (which was only offered once call was made to employer to find out what is going on) and fire you immediately once you go to office for a fake meeting about your job??

Confusing but legal

Employer has had top management accused same employee of selling drugs which was never true..the employer management team found a B.C. powder packet used for pain etc headache and assumes it is drugs.

Even if innocent, it is legal for the employer to terminate based on suspicion.

Worked well over 40 hrs on a regular some of it off the clock 70% of the time .

If nonexempt, OT must be paid. if exempt, the number of hours worked is meaningless. As you haven't stated the job nor industry nor duties, we can only guess whether you were paid improperly.

But receive no overtime. No breaks or lunch..no insurance offered at all no vacations

Vacations and insurance are not required. Breaks are as stated above.

Employee worked at company for 2 years only received 1 review with.75cent raise

Totally legal.

Do not offer any sort of advancement for males only females majority off owner employee s are all female caters to women ex.

It is really difficult to tell what actually happened from this one vague statement. Refusing to promote or hire men because they are men is illegal. If the majority of employees are women, it becomes more difficult to prove as statistically, women would be promoted more often. You also do not mention what the jobs are, what the qualifications are, whether men applied and were qualified, who was selected and their qualifications, etc.

Asst. Manager caught stealing $400+ ..no disciplinary action taken employee still remained employed and held title another manager drimking on job...caught by owner not fired both female....another female no calls no show not fired also fighting with co worker both were not fired.

Not illegal.

Racial slurs used noone fired

Does not require anyone be fired. It should be addressed if reported or known, but termination is far from the only outcome.

but yet a male worker has been harassed

Harassed in what way and on what basis?

and worked to death then fired having worked 7days straight graveyard with little sleep....on 7th day of work male worker ended falling asleep last hour of shift and that was grounds for termination. He was fired the way i described in first paragraph

It is legal to fire someone for sleeping on the job.

It seems like this was not an illegal/wrongful termination. In at-will employment you can be terminated at any time for any reason except for a reason prohibited by law or unless you have a binding employment contract to the contrary. It's hard to say without complete details/info if there is a discrimination claim - these claims are hard to prove.

If you are a non-exempt employee & owed overtime, you can file a wage claim. You can file for unemployment ins. (the state will decide if you qualify) & look for other employment.

Good luck.

This is the main issue with at-will employment. Unless you're protected by some federal or state law, chances are that recovery is not possible or exceedingly difficult. Gender discrimination comes to mind but this case doesn't arouse the confidence in me that an employment discrimination attorney would feel comfortable taking on a contingency fee. It is unfortunate and frustrating for you and I don't have other answers except to find other employment.
