Was on a 6 month probation period

I was terminated for poor performance, i was told i made errors but nobody was able to show me these errors. I was told my performance created a backlog and delay in payment.

I found out last week that in August I submitted files that were never received. I had no idea my files were not sent. Last week it was brought to my attention, when i asked my boss why didn't she tell she replied because I wanted to see if you would find it on your own. So for 2 months these claims were held up and the blame was put on me.

My boss never brought this to my attention, instead she went to other employees in other departments and made them aware of the situation.

Sorry, but this isn't even close to a wrongful termination under the law.

A wrongful termination occurs when the employer terms an employee in violation of a specific law which prohibits termination under the circumstances in question. It does not mean that you were fired for something you did not do or for reasons beyond your control.

This falls into the possibly unfair, but not illegal category.
