Hi! I hope I can get some quick advice.
I work for a communications company and I have been there for seven years.
I and two other fellow employees were eating in a lunch room at another company that we were doing work for when a person came up and asked for our names. We later found out that someone had complained that we made a comment either directly or indirectly of a sexual matter and they or that person complained. I know that I made no such comment what rights or action of recourse do I have if my employer takes action against us?
Do I have any rights either against the company we were at or the company I work for?
