wrongfully accused

Was accused of lying to leave work early. My grandma was in the hospital gravely ill. A co~worker told my manager i was lying to leave work early n was fired. I produced documents that proved i wasn't lying to but still did not regain my job back. Is there anything i can do legally?

Yes, file for unemployment and search for a new job.

In at-will employment you can be terminated at any time for any reason except a reason prohibited by law (ie religion, gender, race...) or unless you have a binding employment contract contrary to the termination.

File for UI (the state will decide if you qualify) & look for other employment.

You did leave work early. It was not a lie. As the employer required no reason to fire you, this is a valid one.
