I got terminated for not giving 10% of my pay check to the church & also for not going to church enough for the church i worked for, is this ok?

Please clarify. You worked for the church itself?

If so, there's a little thing called the separation of church and state. It works both ways. The state cannot establish a state religion but the state also cannot tell the church to change their rules.
