I was hired by my employer after fully disclosing my felony conviction. Ten days later they fired me because of the felony record. Is this right? I am feeling like I got the shaft.

Wrongful termination, which you state. Is termination that violates law, cba or employment contract. None of these appear in your post. The firing may have been unfair but it is not illegal

CO law applies in this case, and unless your record had been sealed there is nothing in the law that prohibits the employer from firing you over your felony record, even if you disclosed it voluntarily.

This falls into the unfair but not illegal category.
