I need help in finding out what the prescription time is to file a wrongful dismissal law suit (from employment termination date) in Ontario and Quebec, Canada.
This is primarily a US board - I don't think many if any of the regular posters have any knowledge of Canadian employment law, which can be VERY different from US law.
