Hello I have full legal and physical custody of our 16 year old son, dad has no visitation and has not seen his son in 2 years, does dad have the right to put the child's picture on his website for his business showing he is a family man? I dont like our sons picture on the website and either does our son. Is there anything I can do?

You have no control over that at all. You will do yourself a favor to forget about it and not check up in what dad is doing.

Junior will be an adult in a couple years, and then HE can ask dad to take it down.

Not to worry, the time will fly by, and Junior will be an adult.
