my firm whom I was never confident in the first place, and after battles to try and transfer which failed, have apperently, well before the PCMH (plea case management hearing at the crown court) completed my "defence" work and they also admitted it has been finished way early.
my question here is, should I be freakin worried even though I already am since the day I got accused of something that wasnt true by my now ex partner who made the allegation?
I dont feel confident and feel im going to loose big time here for something I didnt even do!
I have completed my proof of evidence.... have a meeting with a barrister in 2 weeks time..... but now what? it may well seem that I have nothing to defend myself with, but I do.
