My current employer actively sought employees from an agency within the United Kingdom that helps people with disabilities find work. I was employed with full disclosure about my disability.
19 months on, I still have not had my reasonable adjustments outlined officially; something in writing. Also my employer does not pay me for all the hours I have worked. My contract is for 25hrs, or more a week.
Should there be something within my contract about my reasonable adjustments?
Is it legal to take hours worked from an employee with a disclosed disability,?
