While I was work. A door almost hit someone while it was closing. And she said almost hit her noise. I said sorry and she was like ahh I am gonna sue. Is it something to worry about or not.

Not even close. She can't sue you for something that didn't happen. "Almost" only counts with horseshoes and hand grenades.

Nope. (no case) What would she sue for - she has no medical bills since she wasn't hurt......

I'm not sure if you're talking about an employee or someone visiting the store but in any case - there is no case. If she would have been hit & she is an employee, it would most likely have been a workers comp. injury.
