wont pick up a repossesed car

i bought a car from a dealership with in house financing. i cant pay for it now and they wont accept the car back or come pick it up, but insist that i sell it and pay them what i owe. what do i do?

If they won't take it back, and your contract with them does not require them to pick it up if you default, then you still owe them the money. You can sell it and use those proceeds to help pay it off, or you can default and risk it going into collections and ruining your credit and any savings you have for years to come.

Perhaps you can negotiate a loan with a bank that will help you pay it off. Of course, then you'd also have THAT loan.
