I was hired by the President of AAA Corp and a three-month contract was signed. During the third month of the relationship the President informed me that he might not pay me for that month and subsequently did not pay me. The company owes me $9,600 for the month of March. The California Labor Department will not pursue this matter as a contract is involved. I'm out $9,600; does anyone know of a good attorney in Los Angeles, California who would take this on a contingency basis?
