Withhold Salary

Hi im new here in this forum i just want to know what legal action for an employee who has beeen withold a salary and even unathourise deduction of salary.please help me to do a letter.

I'm not sure if this is spam or if you have a legitimate question. You have a foreign IP address. You didn't give the name of your state "if" you work in the US. In the US, you would generally file a claim/complaint with the state DOL. If you work elsewhere, you might contact a lawyer there.

This is not a spam miss betty3.im from philippines and my brother in law is seeking for an advice with me but i dont know how to answer him.im a member of this forum then i tried to ask a help how to make an action about it.he is an optician in a clinic.his manager and the optometrist hold his salary for no reason behind.his salary was being deducted for unauthorised because he didnt sign a promisorry note.
