With holding pay

I enjured my self on my job January 5th 2010. I was out of work for over 6 months. I returned to work on June 22nd 2010 from that day to present my job has messed with my pay under paying me every week for over 2 months I've went from my supervisor to my HR manager to my union no one has any answers for me. I asked to be released from the job I was informed that's not an option. I'm backed up on all my bills I can't get them to pay me when they do pay me the figures are incorrect and they will not release me what can I do?

Underpaid you HOW? Overtime not being paid? Hourly rate incorrect? All hours not being paid? Additional pay per union contract not paid?

The details are important, because your recourse is different depending upon whether a LAW has been violated or a clause in the CBA has been violated.

Why isn't your union going to bat for you here?
