What's the best why to find out if ur phone is being monitored?

It's much more difficult with today's technology. If you suspect your phone is being monitored, just don't use it. Telephonic communications have tripped up the best of the worst. Don't be stupid. If you're being monitored, it's likely others you communicate with are, too.

Someone else may have more information for you but you might hear strange noises (ie clicking, static), interruptions, it might overheat, hot battery ......

These days you pretty much won't know.
If you suspect you are being monitored don't use your home landline for anything you want private.
Use prepaid disposable phones for wireless.
