my mother died last year and my uncle was stated on the will he had to put her life insurance policy in a CD till i greaduate high school but i later found out that he had my grandmother sign my mothers name on to the will making void and i was going through her stuff and i found a more recent will that states that she wishes that he would give it to me and my grandmother so i can take care of myself and help with my school but he wont even talk to me and gave up his guardingship on me and wanted nothing to do with anypart. is there anything i can do because iam 18 and want to do whats right for my life

You can take the newer will, and go see a lawyer. Maybe you can get it recognised as valid, maybe not. But you're going to need legal assistance.
