I need a little help if possible. My adopted father of 33 years was found dead at his home on December 25th, 2006 in White City, Oregon. His cousin who lives in Wyoming is over his estate. I was not informed of his death until January 28th, 2007. He also has 2 childern that are biologically his. They stand to get 15% of his estate. I was told I could not read the will and that I got nothing. What can I do about this? He was my father legally and I don't have a right to read the will or get anything? Some help would be nice, everywhere I have turned has been a dead end. I can't afford to hire a lawyer so please help by letting me know what my rights are.
