I am involved in a divorce and we are facing custody hearing for our divorce to be followed by a jury trial for other issues... In Georgia. I am not represented by an attorney.
Question: I was granted a TPO against my wife to make her stop sending threatening e-mails. She violated this by threatening me again via e-mail saying she would call police to keep me from keeping my children for the entire weekend during my scheduled weekend visit since I had seen them earlier in the week, unscheduled.
Looking for what to do next? Her lawyer has made similar threats and even made an allegation against me directly to the judge.
Any advice would be appreciated....THANKS
