Wife gave bank truck back to hurt my credit!

My wife out of admitted spite, dropped off the truck to the bank I had co-signed on for her. Right before she did that she purchased a new truck having her father co-sign for it. She could have refinanced the truck she had with her father as the co-signer to avoid hurting my credit. What can I do? She didn't give me oppertunity to take over the truck which I can't because I have no license...I'm sure she didn't advise the new lender she was defualting on the truck I co-signed for. This all seems so wrong, what can I do to protect my credit? Can I take her to civil court? Needless to say we are in the middle of a divorce.
