So after the guy brought the car and title over, the title was in the name of the person to whom owned the car when the title loan place repossessed it. There was an avitdavit of repossession on the back window along with the bill of sale from title loan place to the guy I bought it from. The DMV here said I have to go into the DMV with the guy. Well I have no way of contacting him phone # disconnected so on and so on. What are my options

Why do people even consider buying anything if it looks like a problem?
You appear to be stuck with a 3,000 pound paperweight until you find the dude that stiffed you.
The car he "sold" you might not have even been his to sell.
You might report it to the police.
At least you'll know if he stole it.
