I am from Los Angeles, I have been married 23 years, owned our home with my husband for 16 yrs., no minors, I am planing on divorcing my husband now, He signed a quit claim deed on our home 3 yrs ago, and I turned the house into my name only, yet the mortgage is in both our names... he did that because he had an affair and wanted to prove his love to me. he is now saying that if I file for divorce, he will fight for his share of the home..can he do that??
Please help me with this question, because this will basically determin my divorce.
