If a person gets temporary guardianship filed without the mother's consent, can the mother override that by giving someone else permanent guardianship?

Truthfully, I don't know what to think about that. I assume that the most recent order has precedence, and I would talk to a lawyer to see if you can appeal.

The attorney agrees that the most current should stand especially since it is for permanent guardianship. Furthermore, it negates the need for temporary.
