My x-wife ran away with my child I do not know to which country?

She did many illegal issues in my country and ran away.

I want to know where is she now, how's my only son, where to take leagal actions against her?

You will have to start in the country where the custody orders were issued. You will probably also need an attorney to help/advise you on how to proceed from there.
