My boyfriend was on probabtion in Massachsuetts. He moved to maine with me and we have been here since june. He didnt report back to Mass about moving so a warrant was issued for his arrest. Where does he do his time? Is it in Maine or Mass. Also is there away to request that he do his time in Maine instead of being transported back to Mass. Another question is what if Mass decides to wait a month before coming to get him does the time he is serving in maine count against that? If someone could please let me know.
