Help please...I currently have a court order for weekly child support in the state of Indiana
The paymets are being deducted out of the non custodial parents check but some of these payments are not being made to me. In addition they a taking the non custodial parents tax return which I do not recieve any of the money. My order is for current and arrears. I have contacted the state only to get the run around. The state is saying it is the employers fault and the employer is saying they are making the payments. I have seen the non custodial parents check stubs and it is coming out of his check weekly. I am not recieving tanf. I need to know what I can do to get the money I am owed from the state my payments have become very sparactic. Indiana is known for stealing child support what can I do.
