When do I file?

Hello! I already filed the first notarized form for my divorce. My husband submitted the second form (which required his notarized signature). I need to know when to file the third form. It's so confusing... in one place it says to file in 20 days, and in another place, it says to wait 60 days... which is it? Thank you!

Perhaps this is the issue in your divorce proceedings - From what I can see, in order for a divorce to be final the parties have to wait at least 60 days after the initial Petition is filed. If the divorce is contested (challenged by your husband), then the party responding (answering) has 20 days (possibly 30) to respond - the length of time depends upon how papers were served.
