I live with my grandfather and it's just me and him at the house . He says that in his will the house will go to my aunt but he's not dead yet so technically it's not hers right ? So almost every other day she comes to my grandpa house and harasses me constantly yelling and threatening to kick me out and she throws my stuff out of my room in the trash or in the other room and she told me yesterday to get out of the room I that I sleep in and go sleep on the couch or outside and ( I'm a 17 year old female btw ) I don't what to do can somebody please help me

If she does not own the property she cannot legally have you evicted. If she is not a guest of you or your grandfather, and she is not a resident, you can ask her to leave. If she refuses to leave you can call the police. But, if grandpa says it's okay for her to be there, you have little choice.

Hopefully you are making arrangements to move out after you graduate high school and turn 18. You ARE still in school, right? If this is a huge problem you might consider moving in with your parents or other relatives if they will have you.

And what might be setting your aunt off? What is it you are doing? or, what is it she THINKS you are doing?

Grandpa is really the only one who can help you. If he is unwilling to confront her and put a stop to this behavior, then your best bet is to try and make other living arrangements. I understand that may be easier said than done. Legally the house isn't hers and she cannot "evict" you, but she can continue to make your life miserable.

Agree that it is up to your grandfather to put a stop to this. If he will not, you need to find another place to live as soon as you can. Sorry.

    Thank you

She doesn't like me because she blame me for my grandmothers dead she said I caused her dead because of all the stress I out her through but I was 12,13 years old it's wasn't my responsibility to babysit my grandmother I loved her to death but I was young and I didn't no any better and since then she hates me and constantly trying to get me out of the house and she doesn't want me to get my grandfathers inheritance or the house so she constantly coming over trying to argue with me throws my clothes in the trash if not throw it outside and yes I'm in high school this is my last year and when I graduated I plan I'm leaving and going straight to college

If anyone abuses you, destroys your stuff, call "911".
The police will respond, investigate, and take whatever action is indicated.

You can also discuss your situation with your school counselor or principal.

Ok so basically my sister got in an accident and is the hospital and has to get surgery this upcoming Tuesday but she is currently in North Carolina and I wanna go so bad to see here because if it was me I know for a fact she would be there for me because when I got kicked out the house her family let me stay with her and she's done so much for me I owe her everything and I'm 17 in a half and I'm old enough to make my own decisions right ? But the issue is my grandpa and dad don't want me to go because they don't like the fact that I stayed with her when I got kicked out they expected me to be on the streets and I already got the train ticket to go down there and spoke to her mom and all I'm just afraid that they might call the police and get me arrested and her mom in trouble and they said if I go I can't come back home and all my things will be outside in the trash can somebody please help me

Don't go. She'll understand. Tell her you're not allowed to come. Call her, text her, send her a get well card. You'll be 18 by spring or summer. Then you're free to enter this big, old, nasty world.

Who is your legal guardian? Someone is responsible for providing you with shelter.

If your guardian tells you that you can not go to NC, you don't get to go. Period. You don't say where your paternal unit happens to be or why you do not live with him. Regardless, 17.5 is not 18 and until the day you do turn 18, you live and travel where those with legal responsibility for you tell you to.
