I live in Oklahoma. I am a 19 y/o male who is being threatened with a lawsuit by a 19 y/o female. We work together at a Subway sandwich shop and after a series of arguments I posted a fake profile of her on the networking site facebook. The profile included a picture of her with semen digitally added to her face and text caricaturing her attitude. Something along the lines of, "LYKE OMG I LYKE REALLY LOVE BOIS CHECKING ME OUT!" To boot, I sent friend requests to several of her "facebook friends."
She has made it clear she will take this to civil court. I'm just wondering what could come of this and any help would be greatly appreciated.
