I found a video, picture, now a hidden camera of my daughter linked up to my husbands google account. He had been video taping her inappropriately since Dec they April(of video I'd found) what is the heaviest time he could do? I have reported and given all evidence to police. She's a minor by the way 16 at the time of incidents.

How much time if he's convicted?

It all depends if had any prior felony convictions.

At minimum, he could do five to ten years.
That depends on how the prosecutor charges his alleged crimes.

If he's charged correctly, he could end up doing 20 years before he's parole eligible, which means he gets a 40 year sentence.

Better yet, if he gets a 20 year day for day.

I hope you've started divorce proceedings and moved away from that pervert.
