I was working with a guy who needed help on short term loans that would net in approx 15-20% interest.
He is now in financial trouble and has threatened bankruptcy, but still owes me $4000. Would this be covered under bankruptcy in the state of Colorado or can I take him to small claims court for the remainder of the money owed?
