I went out with some friends. One of the guys was a little drunk and he wasn't easy to contain. But it was made worse when a driver went through a stop sign and almost hit us. A big argument then happened and my friend hit the car. Two guys got out of the car and they went over to him to handle him and I stepped over to get him out of the way and fell down, and touched their car by falling. I didn't hit it. As a result, the police were called and I got a summons to go to criminal court? I didn't do anything. One of the guys said I touched their car and I caused the damage, which I didn't. I fell down and end up falling against the car. If there was damage it was done by my friend, but I didn't see it although his hitting the car might have put a small dent, I don't know. What is this ticket? I wasn't arrested and I didn't do anything wrong. I just tried to prevent a fight and didn't throw any punches.
