It's actually Page 66 if you look at the page numbers in the document itself and not the page numbers on the PDF window.
"Rule 1.944 Uniform rule for dismissal for want of prosecution."
Means that somebody didn't pursue the lawsuit in a timely manner and it was dismissed.

Here's the cut n paste from the Iowa Online courts site. So what happened here, the plaintiff did not get the defendant in court in a timely matter (1 yr) and the court automatically Dismissed the case?
