1. Does repeatedly posting someone's a) full name, b) work email address, and c) work phone number in a public forum (e.g., an internet chatroom) rise to the requisite level of abuse necessary to constitute cyber harassment?

2. If such actions do constitute cyber harassment, what are the legal remedies available (both civil and criminal) and how best should one pursue them?

3. If such actions do not constitute cyber harassment, what other remedies are available in addition to reporting the abuse to the servor?

1. Yes, it's a felony

2. Civil, serveral, criminal, it's a felony.

3. Sue the site, sue the user, sue the sever. File criminal charges against the site owner in Federal Court.

I'm waiting on an order for such case right now, and this site is involved. I will file in Federal court as they let it go on repeatedly.

PS, make sure you have a print out. I introduced mine as evidence in my state case. (Thanks cyberstalker!) As a matter of fact, they still have the bullshit posted on here! Unreal.
