What are considered extracurricular activities?

My daughter plays sports. Her father refuses to take her to practices and games if they fall on his visitation days. Our court order states that each parent is responsible for her attending extracurricular activities when she is in their custody. Are her sporting events considered extracurricular activities by the court?

If these are school sponsored sporting activities, they are extracurricular activities.

One could argue that a church sponsored basketball league or a parks department softball league is not. I didn't say they weren't, I said one could argue the contrapositive.

One is clear. The other a bit cloudy.
