The wedding planner is saying I owe her 1570 but she did not DO anything I asked. How can I prove that she is lying.

Look at the contract you signed. What did the contract require?
Oh, no contract? Then, it's your word against the word of the planner.
If you don't believe you owe, don't pay.
Let her or him sue you, and prove what you owe.
Fire the planner, save yourself $1500, and do it yourself.
A wedding isn't hard, it's just a party of sorts.
Not much to plan, if you head down to the church or the courthouse, tie the knot, and live your life.
Save the money on some silly wedding, spend it on yourselves, take a long vacation.
