I am starting a subscription website that will have live streaming video and video archive of a public nature (people on vacations) primarily documenting the vacation experience what are my liabilities for the public that may be included in the live broadcast and video archives ?

I agree with Presutin. This is not such a simple question as you think. You'll probably be filming on public and private property and, as such, there are questions of law as well as business that a good attorney can provide answers for to you.
