website question???

I am building a website based on the lottery and I have 2 questions.
#1. Can I put a picture of my winning "georgia cash 3 lottery ticket" on my website?
#2. The state of Georgia uses the words and logo "Cash 3" to advertise for the cash 3 lottery. I want to use the words "cash three" not "cash 3" on my website. Can i do this?

I don't see why you can't put a picture of your ticket on your web site. If your site is "cash three" do you think that people might confuse it with Georgia's "Cash 3" lottery? Do you think the state might have a problem with it?
