I have been accused of harassment for asking after a county staffer, with the question, "where's the blonde who usually works here?" (I had forgotten her name).
Is this really harassment??

Apparently SOMEONE believes it to be harassment.

I suggest you stay at least 1,000 yards away from the premises, and avoid contact with all parties involved.

WHY?

Better safe, than sorry.

Is there more to the story? Because that alone is not harassment no. Nor is that sexual harassment. You obviously did something a lot more than that.
