Hi,
If you are paying support + arrears and are making every effort to get current on your obligation, it is still not enough for Child Support Enforcement Agency.
You will find that the money you have left over after paying your support + arrears, STILL BELONG TO CSEA. at which they can seize at their leisure.
If your bank account has already been seized, petition the court and ask for the judge to order CSEA, to cease and desist any future seizures since you now have nothing. If the judge refuses, ask for an immediate clarification by the court of the exact dollar amount of assets the court will allow you to keep for food/shelter/medicine/etc...
If the judge's clarification is unfavorable, you will need to start thinking "outside the box" to protect yourself from homelessness and starvation.
