wanting custody in another state

what chance would i have to get custody of my 9 yr old daughter who lives in wv with her mom, step dad, her two sisters by this step dad and other sister with a different dad? i live in georgia....i feel she doesnt get the attention since i moved.....her two sisters have their dad.....her other sister has her dad.......and her mom uses the two just for the child support.

Probably not very good. You have to prove that mom is totally unfit and your personal opinions about her really do not count. What case do you have that the child is better off with you?

Aren't you the one that limited her contact with her dad by moving away? Why remove her from the rest of her family because you wanted to move?
