I've asked for a lawyer from this service but none has responded.

That being the case, I would like to find out if anyone knows how I can initiate a new review of my case.

The case was heard in Somerset, New Jersey

16 years ago I agreed to PERMANENT alimony because I was told that it would end when there was a "significant change in circumstance". I am now retired and make much less than my former wife and she continues to expect payments until I die. How can I get my case heard before a Judge to see if I can get the payments stopped or reduced???

What papers need to be filled out or where do I start the process???

Go back to the court in which the original case was heard-- call the clerks and tell them you need to go before the judge and what forms you will need-- There has been a change in circumstance per you retired, I would get a attorney if I were you and fight that your retirement has been the change in which you want to terminate the alimony
